Perusahaan kami merilis loker dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi Civil QS Engineer di kantor Toa Corporation untuk domisili Jawa Barat serta sekitarnya.

Skill yang kita inginkan ialah Bangunan/Konstruksi & Teknik Sipil/Konstruksi Bangunan serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

Selain itu untuk syarat yang perusahaan kami inginkan adalah min Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), Sarjana (S1), Diploma Pascasarjana, Gelar Professional & Magister (S2). Menurut dari ketentuan yang usaha kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

(JOB DESCRIPTION)

Ø  Assess work and material quantity as per main contract agreement of a project and subcontract agreement in line with project specifications and drawings

Ø  Collect information of completed work through coordination with QC , Construction Department for arranging claim to the clients and payment to subcontractors.

Ø  Assist to analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.

Ø  Review and check the quantity of completed work raised by QC, Construction Department and subcontractors. 

Ø  Review and check the quantity of material to be purchased for issuance of purchase order.

Ø  Prepare letters for claims under supervision of QS/Contract manager.

Ø  Assist QS manager to identify, analyze and develop responses to commercial risks

Ø  Assess labor/material/equipment cost through collecting quotation from bender/subcontractor

(REQUIRED SKILLS /EXPERIENCES)

Ø  Work experience for port and marine project

Ø  Fluent in English both oral and written (mandatory JELA score > 27)

Ø  Graduated from Civil Engineering major of reputable Universities

Ø  Technical and engineering skills as professional

Ø  Capable of operating common Civil Engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Projects, Office etc)
