Civil / MEP Engineer (Mandarin Speaker) 

Jobs Descriptions:

1. Responsible for area survey before the start of construction, including review of drawings including solve any design and construction issue which may arise in the construction of Civil work.

2. Collaborate with the construction unit to prepare the overall construction progress plan based on the contract and the company’s overall layout.

3. Strictly supervise the quality and cost of construction including but not limited to inspection, material and equipment use, Control warehouse stocks and goods.

4. Participate in civil engineering contract management and assist in handling disputes from any parties, including claims and other matters during the implementation of civil work referring to contract.  

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical engineer. 

2. Have experience 1-7 years in developer or construction Company.

3. Have any field of construction /property development experience (landed house/ high way/ high rise building/EPC/Mining/ any other infrastructural project, etc.) 

4. Excellent communication skill (fluency) in spoken and written English and Mandarin. 

5. Good attitude, initiative ability, proactive, creative thinking and problem solver. 

6. Able to work under pressure to meet deadline. 

7. Working Location: Skyhouse BSD/Alam Sutera (Tangerang Regency).
