Get to know the Role:

As a City Sales Lead you will be on the ground supervising the operational day to day activities at the area. Your team will be acquiring F&B merchant & support the grow of merchant’s business in GrabFood & be the business consultant for merchants to maximize their potential. You will be based onsite in Grab Padang office. You will directly report to the City Sales Manager. The Role will be on contract basis.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Handle, control and monitoring all Sales activities. Including creating mapping, call plan, role play, reporting team
• Have high ownership of city performance & be on top of merchant selection (pareto) and merchant business growth
• Maintain Top Merchant partner GMV and execute action plan to drive numbers GMV by evaluating store content and promo activities
• Lead meetings with Top Merchant to ensure strong relationships and eliminate business obstacles, aligning with the company’s long-term direction
• Ensure the achievement of target participant outlets / brands according to the portfolio list that has been assigned to Account Management.
• Work together with Strategy & Planning team on ongoing and upcoming campaigns & coordinate on the hitlist, segmentation, additional merchant that can be added to make the campaign better when it was run
• Cooperate with Marketing team on all marketing campaigns and projects running and also coordinate regarding asset that was gonna be used on campaign

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 2+ Years of Experience in leading sales team, commercial and prior experience with leading an end-to-end sales cycle
• Proficient with analytics and fluent with tools which help you achieve a clear understanding of data sets
• Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects your ideas and suggestions in a clear and succinct way
• Fluent in both Bahasa & English
• Passion for the on-demand delivery space, and food delivery in particular
• Comfortable to work using laptop and internet
• Great communication and negotiation skills
