Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Execution & Partnership Associate to join our dynamic team in the West Java region. You will developing marketing strategies across multiple business products. You will help ensure a smooth execution of marketing programs. If you’re ready to take on a challenge and make an impact, we’d love to hear from you! You will report to the City Assistant Manager and you will be based fully on-site in our Cirebon office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Assist in developing and executing city-level marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
• Manage and coordinate marketing events, activations, and experiences across the city
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment execution of marketing initiatives
• Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and provide data-driven insights to optimize future marketing efforts
• Maintain marketing calendars, budgets, and report to ensure accurate tracking and measurement of marketing activities
• Identify opportunities for revenue and demand growth, and work with cross-functional teams to execute initiatives / experiments
• Define hypotheses, develop necessary tests, experiments, and analyses to prove or disprove them
• Able to perform complex analysis based on problem statements

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, partnership/business development, events, or a related field
• A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business or Engineering
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaign execution, partnership and project management
• Strong foundation in data and ability to collect large datasets
• Strong understanding of the Cirebon market, consumer behavior, culture, and industry trends
• Willing to be placed in Cirebon
