Job Responsibilities:

1. According to the monthly targets issued by the headquarters, track performance and grasp the daily turnover data of city stores to ensure that sales targets are achieved;

2. Responsible for the selection, employment and training of employees in the stores under its jurisdiction, as well as team capacity building, supervising and implementing the company’s standards and systems, summarizing, providing feedback and proposing optimization suggestions in a timely manner;

3. In accordance with operational standards, strictly implement the front/middle/back-end operation procedures of each store in the city to provide consumers with a comfortable shopping environment;

4. Monitor inventory management work such as store daily inventory and product expiration date in real time, and formulate loss prevention and anti-theft plans to reduce store losses;

5. Regularly patrol stores according to company requirements, check store product data to ensure accuracy and authenticity (incoming and outgoing, inventory, etc.) If there are any abnormalities, report them in a timely manner to ensure the accuracy of store data, and assist the store to solve on-site problems (engineering/weak current/security) );

6. Inspect and manage product display according to display standards, supervise the execution of store display work and feedback on problems;

7. Improve the safety management awareness of all employees in urban stores, and establish safety management requirements for special store equipment such as cashier equipment, fire protection equipment, monitoring equipment, etc.; at the same time, require all store employees to standardize their work and reduce the occurrence of work-related injuries.

8. Understand and convey the company’s brand concept and company development prospects, monitor public opinion in real time, and maintain the brand image.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, with Indonesian as a daily language and English or Chinese skills for daily communication;

2. More than three years of retail terminal business, experience in hypermarket or store management in the retail industry, basic understanding of store sales management, performance improvement, personnel management, and product management and experience in implementation;

3. Have basic experience in recognizing people and cultivating people, be good at summarizing experience, have experience in formulating teaching plans and replicating and promoting them, and empower the team;

4. Have strong execution ability, be able to effectively communicate the requirements of superiors, and implement the tasks undertaken in a timely manner;

5. Able to solve and provide feedback on problems in a timely and effective manner;

6. Those with strong data sensitivity and effective loss control will be given priority;

7. Be able to comply with the company’s cross-regional/national transfers and identify with the company’s corporate culture and values.
