Untuk kualifikasi yang PT kami butuhkan adalah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari ketetapan yang usaha kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000. Walaupun begitu semua bisa berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

  • Grow the Business – Responsible to lead the overall JobStreet Express business and sales operations in Bandung
  • Driving hyperlocal strategy, business development and collaborating initiatives with external and internal stakeholders
  • You will be given specific resources (manpower or team, budget) and are accountable to achieve targets for the top line of the business (e.g. revenue, ad scale, hirer scale, candidate scale)
  • Accountable to ensure the business is running in sustainable growth
  • Accountable to understand the market and competition dynamics, agile in facing the competitive landscape and driving a viable business
  • Responsible for identifying, comprehending, and synthesizing internal and industry data (provided by the analytics team), creating hypotheses of trends, and assessing business risk
  • Have interests in carrying out field activities (including external stakeholder engagement, event organisation, networking, community engagement, business development)
  • Sales, Operations and People Management – Accountable to manage large internal and external sales and operations teams (e.g. door-to-door, customer success representatives)
  • Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvements (Bandung Business)
  • Responsible to identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, and lead to actionable plans for value creation, performance uplift and operation efficiency improvement
  • Responsible to lead both conceptual and practical problem-solving initiatives, making data-driven decisions with the agility to shift directions as quickly as needed
  • Responsible to ensure the delivery of end-to-end process, from planning to execution and change management
  • Responsible to accept challenging assignments, helping leaders make tough decisions, partnering and overcoming obstacles to deliver results
  • Flexible Working Arrangement

The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:

  •  Bachelor’s degree, preferably Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, other majors are welcomed
  • Minimum 5-8 years of hands-on experience in managing sales and business operations with proven track record in driving accelerated growth
  • Experience and proven track record in business development
  • Experience in tech companies or management consulting in Indonesia is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to identify gaps and perform root cause analysis, as well as provide recommendations
  • Independent, have strong communication skills, attention to details and eagerness to learn; Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.
  • Prior experience in working with an international team for a cross-functional project
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, as well as Bahasa Indonesia
  • Willing to be based in Bandung
