GF is seeking a dynamic and visionary City Lead to spearhead our operations in Manado, Indonesia. As the City Lead, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our business in Manado, overseeing all aspects of our operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers, merchants, and delivery partners.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand GF’s market presence and increase market share in Manado
• Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and meet business targets
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform business decisions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, delivery partners, and local authorities
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless coordination of city-wide operations
• Represent GF at local events and forums to enhance brand visibility and reputation
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to optimize business performance
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies

• Proven leadership experience, preferably in the food delivery or tech industry
• Strong track record of driving business growth and managing city-wide operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
• Excellent strategic planning and execution skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• In-depth knowledge of the food delivery industry and local market dynamics in Manado
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
