Job Desc/Responsibilities : 

– Providing user support for a wide range of devices

– Comply with company network policies and procedures, establishing connections and firewalls

– Planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of equipment

– Continually improves the networks by monitoring and evaluating network performance issues including availability, utilization, throughput and latency.

– Secures the networks by developing and implementing network access, monitoring, control and evaluation systems, maintaining documentation

– Administer routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access point controller and wireless access point.

– Maintains inventory of equipment and parts as well as documentation of configurations, standards and vendor activities.

Requirements :

– Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology

– Minimum 5 years of related experience in a similar role

– Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrated ability to identify and troubleshoot problems

– Must have an established expertise of networking protocols, IP Networking, Network operation systems and related best practice.

– Must have solid technical skills and experience with LAN and WAN operations.

– Ability to work non-business hours and on-call hours as needed

– Good verbal and written communication skills in English

– Familiarity with different ISPs and communication configuration
