Job brief
We are looking for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to oversee the company’s
technical strategy, architecture, and engineering, ensuring that the company’s
technology is aligned with the business objectives and is scalable, reliable, and
secure.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead the development and implementation of the overall technology strategy,including technology platform design, development, and optimization.
• Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
• Provide strategic leadership to drive the design, realization, and
  operationalization of IT practices in accordance with the best practices
• Oversee architecture design and development
• Monitor system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency while
  building quality assurance and data protection processes.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate across teams to communicate technology strategies with internal stakeholders and adjust priorities according to feedback.

Requirements:

• With over 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, demonstrating proven expertise as a CTO or in a similar executive leadership role in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• In-depth knowledge of security protocols and best practices
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
• Proficiency in designing scalable and secure software architectures
• Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technologies, and how other
  enterprises are employing them to drive digital business.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing technology
  teams.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas to both
  technical and non-technical audiences.
