One of our clients is a Manufacturing Company currently actively looking for a Security Manager with placement at Purwakarta, West Java

Job Purpose

Organize the security operation by coordinating, monitoring, and controlling security operations and security personnel with responsibility for full-time protection and security for the specific operational area with the prime objective of protecting the people, assets, personnel, and information.

Core Responsibilities

• Identify and protect company assets through the development and implementation of security protocols o Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures o Make sure that staff follow security procedures and guidelines through training programs and assessments
• Control budgets for security operations and monitor expenses
• Train and supervise security officers and guards
• Attend meetings with other managers to determine operational needs
• Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
• Coordinate staff when responding to emergencies
• Review reports on incidents and breaches
• Investigate and resolve issues
• Create reports for management on the security status

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law/ Security Management
• Has 18-25 years of experience in manufacturing industries
• Has Gada Utama Certification is a must
• Post-secondary training in security management is preferred by many organizations
• Knowledge of security operations and procedures applicable to a 24-hour facility
• Working knowledge and experience with various security technologies including CCTV, access control systems, incident management software, and other video surveillance software.
• Ability to pay close attention to detail
• Familiar with using Microsoft Office
• Ability to speak in English
• Willing to be place in Purwakarta, West Java
