Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Chief Operating Officer di tempat usaha PT. Markija Berdaya Bersama untuk domisili Jakarta Raya serta sekitarnya.
Pengalaman yang PT kami butuhkan ialah Sumber Daya Manusia/Personalia & Top Management / Manajemen Tingkat Atas serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
PT ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap calon pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.
Upah yang kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across the organization. Your primary goal will be to increase our organization’s productivity, efficiency, and profitability. You will advise the BOD on key operational insights
Responsibilities :
• Produce operation forecasting report and strategy.
• Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
• Develop and integrate staffing programs designed to attract the highest caliber of talent while satisfying the needs of our clients
• Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
• Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives
• budgeting and resource allocation efforts alongside the other C-level executives and the senior management tea
• Ensure all program initiatives align with the company’s core values and culture.
• Present operational strategy recommendations to the BOD based on your market research.
• Collaborating with the BOD in setting and driving the company vision, operational strategy and designing the organisational structure
• Overseeing company operations and employee productivity, building a positive, highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organisational outcomes are met
• Leading and managing the Leadership Team, objective setting, coaching, motivating and performance monitoring. Creating and cultivating a client-centric culture within the Company
• Analysing internal operations and identifying areas for Continuous Improvement
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
• Effective implementation of all relevant procedures and SOP’s and ensure the adherence and compliance of requirements by all employees, service providers and any other third party
• Ensuring implementation and carrying out monitoring of performance of operational level work programs.
• Provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the profitability and operating condition of the company and various business units, and make recommendations on areas for improvement to drive cost efficiencies or boost revenue
• Monitor and ensure productivity improvement, and cost management
• Supervise and facilitate in building a conducive work environment, and building a motivated workforce by facilitating the development of second layer of management by carrying out performance review and development
• Derive optimum return on investment for project and capital commitments
• Draft and manage all key documentation in relation to corporate finance advisory transactions and have developed professional negotiation skills for final transaction structures, terms and documentation
• Perform other duties, responsibilities, and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications :
• Fluent both written & speaking in English is a MUST
• Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or similar role; 6+ years’ experience in executive leadership positions is PLUS.
• Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, operation and strategies etc.
• Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Sound judgement and aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
• Solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching, leadership and people management skills
• Strategic thinking – the ability to understand the business implications of decisions; display an orientation towards growth and demonstrate knowledge of market and competition.
• Should be mature, communicative, having good Interpersonal and Leadership Skill, Analytical Skill, easy going person, adaptive, tough, target oriented person, independent, and team player
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
