Chief of Strategy & Business Development
Job Description:
– Provide a structured findings and approach that supports the decision-making process and ensure continuous improvement along the process.
– Design and execute the company’s strategic and action plan by establishing medium- to long-term goals of the organization.
– Facilitate the strategic planning and implementation according to organizational objectives.
– Foresee and initiate growth opportunities based on research and analysis of current trend.
– Communicate and advise the business and strategy to the top management.
Requirements:
– 15+ years of experience in Business Strategy, particularly in Financial Technology, Consulting, or related role and industry.
– Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business, or related field, with proven experience in business strategy.
– Has a good understanding of business acumen and the ability to translate it into strategies and initiatives.
– Strong analytical skills as well as data-driven thinking and decision-making with an initiative to keep up-to-date with the latest trends.
– Deep understanding of Digital marketing, online customer acquisition, and customer experience management
– Strong interpersonal skill with the ability to manage multiple level of an organization and various cross-functions.
– Strong research and excellence in technical and critical-thinking skills.
– Highly organized and perform well under-pressure.
