About the role

As Chief Executive Officer of PT Langgeng Dunia Selaras, you will be responsible for leading and directing the overall strategy and operations of the company. This is a full-time position based in Denpasar, Bali. You will be accountable for driving the company’s growth and success, while fostering a positive and collaborative organisational culture.

What you’ll be doing

1. Developing and implementing the company’s strategic vision and business plan

4. Representing the company to external stakeholders, such as investors, partners, and the media

5. Ensuring the company’s compliance with relevant laws and regulations

What we’re looking for

1. Extensive experience (5+ years) in a senior leadership role, preferably as a CEO or in a similar C-suite position

2. Proven track record of driving growth and profitability in a complex, multi-faceted organisation

3. Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalise on market opportunities

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

5. Demonstrated experience in leading change and fostering a positive, high-performance culture

6. Proficiency in financial management and understanding of key business metrics

7. Applicable degree in business, management, or a related field
