Chief Civil Engineering Manager / Project Manager

Report to CDO

Subordinate: PM, Site Manager, Engineering, QC Manager, Procurement Head, SurveyorManager, Quality Control Manager,HSE Manager,

Responsibilities

• Leading and supervising the execution of several development projects from pre-project stage to commissioning.

• Management of quality,timelines, and risks related to the project’s fulfillment.

• Create annual work plans for one year of engineering including civil, architectural, finishing, landscaping, 

• Perform budget/project cost estimates, special engineering studies, investigations, and calculations as required.

• Coordinate with AVD Cost Engineering to develop and review planning studies, analysis methodology and studied material cost impact

• Being a founding member of the engineering tribe, you will be involved in the process, the frameworks we use, and guiding the team to think differently when solving problems.

• Perform construction engineering/design reviews

• Conceive, plan, design, and conduct research programs applying for construction engineering.

• Capable to demonstrate sustained innovation and creativity leading to significant project accomplishments without direct technical supervision

• Ensuring quality engineering elaboration of all project solutions – from structural and architectural to engineering systems, networks, equipment, and theirparameters.

• Management and coordination of the design department, approval of designs, participation in design solutions optimizing at all stages of construction, and alignmentbetween design sections.

• Ensuring compliance with the key technical parameters of the projects, sustainability and durability of buildings and facilities.

• Preparation and control of technical requirements for design and construction.

• Preparation and control of construction technological maps (instructions, method statements) for all main types of construction and engineering works.

• Development of technically complicated design, installation, and operational solutions.

• Elaborating and ensuring the company’s technical document management procedure.

• Elaboration and ensuring quality control procedures at the projects,  acceptance of critical structures.

• Development and maintenance of construction safety procedures at the construction sites.

• Optimization of technical solutions to reduce construction time and cost.

• Control over fulfillment of vendors’ contractual obligations following the adopted schedules and budgets.

• Interaction, negotiations, and approvals with supervisory authorities, resource supply companies, and municipal authorities.

• Handling all the construction documentation.

• Provide full engineering construction procedure and standard

• High technical and legal expertise in construction

• Knowledge of typicaltechnologies in construction

• Realization of largeresort/hotel projects

• Ability to make quick decisions and take responsibility for them.

• Analytical abilities and problem-solving skills

• Proactive and result-oriented.

• Have experience handling high quality luxury project

• Developed managerial and communication skills, ability to find an approach to different people and achieve goals, and competent verbal and written speech in English and Bahasa.
