About the role
Pacific Group is seeking a talented Chemist to join our team in Mempawah, West Kalimantan. As a Chemist, you will play a vital role in our research and development department, helping to drive innovation and ensure the quality of our products. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic, cutting-edge environment and contribute to the growth of our company.
What you’ll be doing
-
Taking sample of incoming raw material CPO and CPKO from truck and barge.

Do analysis of raw material incoming such as CPO, CPKO, bleaching earth, phosphoric acid, shell, coal and diesel oil.

Do analysis of sample oil from Refinery, Fractionation and finish product in the storage tank with analysis parameter FFA, M&1, lV, Color, PV, CP, and SMP.

Do analysis of Utility sample such as boiler water, cooling tower water, Reverse Osmosis water and waste water with analysis parameter pH, TDS, Conductivity, TSS, Turbidity, Silica, T. Hardness, Alkanity, Chloride, COD.
What we’re looking for

Diploma / Bachelor degree in Chemistry.

Having experience 1 year, fresh graduated are welcome to apply.

Preferably familiar with FFA, and Quality Palm Oil.

Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
