Butuh cepat. loker dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Chef CDP di tempat usaha Pesona Resort & Spa untuk daerah Lombok Utara & Nusa Tenggara Barat atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami inginkan ialah Chef/Koki (Hospitaliti & Pariwisata) serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.

PT ini tidak memiliki syarat yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar sehingga anda bisa mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

👨‍🍳 WE’RE HIRING — CHEF DE PARTIE (CDP)

Location: Pesona Lounge, Gili Trawangan, Lombok

Join our busy beachfront kitchen and help us serve creative, high-quality dishes that keep guests coming back. We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie with strong skills in Western and Fusion cuisine, a passion for eggs and breakfast service.

Guest Experience & Kitchen Leadership

  • Lead your section with confidence, maintaining quality, speed, and consistency.

  • Ensure every plate leaves the pass to standard — hot, well-presented, and on time.

  • Support the Head Chef in menu execution and daily specials.

  • Foster a positive kitchen culture — calm, respectful, and team-focused even when busy.

Team Training & Coordination

  • Guide and train junior kitchen staff on preparation, hygiene, and plating standards.

  • Assist in kitchen briefings and ensure clear communication during service.

  • Collaborate closely with FOH to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.

Operations & Standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization across all kitchen stations.

  • Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Support stock control, prep lists, and daily ordering when required.

  • Help with daily mise en place and closing procedures.

Communication & Reporting

  • Report directly to the Head Chef and Operations Manager.

  • Provide input on new menu ideas, portioning, and cost efficiency.

  • Flag equipment or supply issues early to maintain service flow.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 1–2 years experience in a professional kitchen.

  • Strong skills in Western, Fusion, and Breakfast cooking (egg master preferred).

  • Familiar with Indian-inspired recipes and flavors.

  • Leadership mindset — works well with others and sets a positive tone in the kitchen.

  • Reliable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
