Responsibilities are as follows:

1. Responsible for the planning, organization and execution of charging pile installation service projects. Determine project goals, scope and delivery time, and develop corresponding project plans and resource allocation strategies.
2. Lead and manage the charging pile installation service team, including engineers, technicians and construction personnel. Coordinate the work of team members to ensure the efficient operation of the project team.
3. Communicate effectively with customers, understand customer needs and requirements, and provide professional advice and solutions based on actual conditions. Ensure that the project can meet customer expectations and requirements.
4. Monitor and manage the progress of the charging pile installation service project to ensure that the project proceeds as planned, and make timely adjustments and handle delays.
5. Coordinate and manage various resources required for the project, including human resources, equipment and materials. Communicate and negotiate with suppliers and partners to ensure the supply and support of resources required for the project.
6. Develop and implement the quality control plan for the charging pile installation service project to ensure that the quality of project delivery meets the requirements. Supervise and evaluate the construction process and results, and conduct quality inspections and improvements.
7. Regularly report project progress to superiors and relevant stakeholders, including project milestones, costs and quality. Communicate effectively with relevant parties, solve problems and provide project support.
8. Responsible for the safety management of charging pile installation service projects, ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards during construction, and ensure the safety of construction personnel and equipment.
9. Manage the contracts and commercial terms of charging pile installation service projects to ensure compliance and smooth performance of contracts.

Project Manager Responsibilities:

1. Have a certain understanding and cognition of the charging pile industry and related technologies, and be familiar with the installation process, equipment specifications and relevant standards of charging piles;
2. Have rich project management experience, especially practical experience in charging pile installation service projects or related fields. Familiar with and able to apply to the project
3. Usually requires a bachelor’s degree or above, related majors such as electrical engineering, energy engineering, project management, etc.;
4. Possess strong electrical engineering technical capabilities, be able to understand and solve technical problems in the installation process of charging piles, and have an in-depth understanding of electrical equipment and circuits;
5. Understand the technical standards and regulatory requirements related to charging pile installation services, and be able to ensure that the project meets the relevant technical standards and regulatory requirements;
6. Have the ability to adapt to a certain degree of business trips, be able to cooperate with the business department, and assist in the construction of the business department during the implementation of foreign projects;
7. Be flexible and adaptable, and be able to adapt to different working environments and cultural differences.
