Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage prospective channels across all industries, leveraging your sales acumen and understanding of industry trends.
  • To lead the strategy and development of E-commerce as an indirect/direct sales channel for consumer touch point (Retail areas: O2O (Online to Offline) transactions, Online Shops, B2B platforms, social commerce: TikTok)
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channels, providing exceptional service and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Utilize current industry expertise to effectively communicate the value of our current products portfolio and solutions to potential channels.
  • Stay current with industry developments, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide insights and recommendations for channel enhancements.
  • Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network, showcase our offerings, and gather market intelligence.
  • Identify potential channel service provider and acquire them (role is expected to scan the market and identify new partners, through various means e.g. going for industry networking events, LinkedIn, etc)
  • Lead the channel service provider management strategy, identifying and recruiting potential channel service providers, and nurturing existing partnerships for mutual growth.
  • Ensure that channel service provider’s sales process and optimize where possible.
  • Have a clear view of the channel service provider sales pipeline so that we can accurately forecast deal flow.
  • Keep resellers updated on latest channel & product updates.
  • Explore joint-marketing opportunities with channel service provider.
  • Gather feedback from the channel service provider on how to make our program better.
  • Assist in the development of channel service provider toolkits.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B account management experience, preferably in the Retail industry
  • Fluent in English & Chinese
  • Experience in O2O industry, showcasing an ability to convey product benefits and engage potential clients.
  • Experience in channel service provider management, including recruitment, training, and performance monitoring (preferred).
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally to ensure channel and channel service provider success.
  • Understand how to co-work with Data & Product team to explore and meet the demand of the market
  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Good in communication, detail-oriented, data-driven
