Kemampuan yang usaha kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Pemasaran/Pengembangan Bisnis serta orang yang jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
Adapun syarat yang PT kami inginkan adalah setidaknya Sertifikat Professional, D3 (Diploma), D4 (Diploma), & Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari skill pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Job Description :
- Responsible for developing channels and focus accounts to generate demand
- To be channel expert and cenctre point of contact among MT stakeholders (Marketing, KAM and Supply Chain)
- Develop how- to – win strategy in Medical channel with deep medical regulatory understanding
- Develop an appropriate channel strategy and activity planning in MT (NKA, RKA and MTI)
- Create activity program related to HCP HCI and Medical Communities for increase awareness and knowledge related to product
- Manage program execution while partnering with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver demand strategies, i.e. product positioning, go-to-market strategy and communication to direct and indirect sales channels sales force on a regular basis.
- Analyzing all data related to program achievement or sales performance & monitoring program development in all region/ branch
- Handling events conducted by a specific professional association in relation of product awareness
Job Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in any major, yet Business Management is added advantage
- Min. 2 years cumulative experience as Chanel Development / Medical Division
- Data driven & Analytics
- Agile, fast learner & excellent execution
- Excellent interpersonal skill
