Telah dibuka lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi Channel Account Manager di kantor D-Link International Pte Ltd untuk domisili Jakarta Raya atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusahaan kami butuhkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Teknik/Teknikal/IT serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah setidaknya Sarjana (S1). Sesuai dari ketentuan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang perusahaan kami tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami tawarkan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

• Channel Account Manager– Traditional Channel / Modern Channel / Online Channel
 Job description:

  • This position works as part of the team managing a variety of Key Traditional Channel / Modern Channel / Online Channel accounts, and businesses in the networking category.
  • This position will be responsible for working with channel and retail partners, building partner mindshare/capability, co-selling with partners, and ultimately driving Channel sell through.
  • Responsible for the top-line sales and profit growth for our customers, as well as identifying new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced account management environment is desirable as is experience within the computer networking industry. You will be required to communicate extensively with our clients, ensuring that customer expectations are met, via phone, email and face to face communication.
  • You will also be required to visit retail stores and provide training, support and merchandise.
  • Reporting to the BU manager , the candidate will be working closely across all areas of the business.
  • The right candidate will be a highly-energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task.
  • This role goes beyond a traditional function – the person must have the ability to act independently in a highly dynamic environment, operate proactively and have a passion/appreciation for the vision and mission of the company.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Meet/Exceed Revenue Sales Quota & Market Share.
  • Develop and implement sales and engagement strategies to achieve optimum channel coverage and growth market share and brand equity for D-Link.
  • Create & Execute Go-To-Market Channel Sales plan for assigned territory.
  • Plan and execute channel motivation and enable programs to grow resellers base and sales per reseller through the distributors. Work closely with the Programs, Pricing, and Marketing resources to drive regular reseller marketing programs.
  • Manage through strong discipline around business reviews, sales forecasting, and sell-out/sales-through programs.
  • Define/drive improvements to the channel sales process.
  • Collaborate with pricing, marketing, product, and account management to facilitate new programs, offerings, and initiatives to drive channel success.
  • Keeping abreast of industry information and initiatives.
  • Analyzing and implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Developing strong business plans and preparing client reports.
  • Attending meetings, taking minutes and following up actions.
  • Providing weekly Plan / reports on accounts and competitor activity.
  • Establish strong relationships within a comprehensive network of regional and national accounts.
  • Monitoring competitor and market activity.
  • Effective management of key accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Development and implementation of strategic new business plan.
  • Negotiation of contracts seeking to maximize volume.
  • Effectively plan and manage promotions as well as supply forecasting.

Key Requirements:

  • 5 years Channel Account Management experience with IT Traditional Channel / Modern Channel / Online Channel.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
  • In-depth understanding of business dynamics and complexity of channel management.
  • Ability to work independently with strong advocacy and motivation to drive results.
  • Excellent relationship management, communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications or relevant experience in marketing, business or related discipline.
  • Strong influencing and negotiations behaviors.
  • Excellent business ethics and integrity.
  •  ‘Can do’ attitude and Sense of Urgency.
  • Strong working knowledge of the IT networking technology community, culture and players.
  • Proactive, results-oriented outlook, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter with the desire to grow within the organization.
  • Ability to travel within Indonesia.
  • Good Understanding of the sales process, commercial negotiations & contracts.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Highly Motivated; can work in a rapidly growing company and industry.
