Dibutuhkan. lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem full time untuk posisi CG Planner,Buatan Port,SS di tempat usaha PT RGE Indonesia untuk domisili Bangkalan & Jawa Timur dan sekitarnya.

Pengalaman yang kita inginkan adalah Asisten Pribadi, Asisten Eksekutif & Sekretarial (Administrasi & Dukungan Perkantoran) serta orang yang mampu mengemban pekerjaan dengan baik.

Role Summary:

Experienced professional individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Applies subject matter knowledge in the area of a broad range of corporate administrative services environments; requires capacity to apply skills/knowledge within the context of specific needs or requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
  • Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
  • Maintain and update company databases or any other Administration database.
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents.
  • Answer administration support queries by employees.
  • Update office policies as needed.
  • Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
  • Book meeting rooms as required.
  • Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
  • Arrange travel and accommodations.
  • Schedule in-house and external events .
  • As the Entry level professional in the Administration Function, possesses basic knowledge in the development and execution of a broad range of corporate administrative services within approved policies and objectives including several or all of the following: office services, contract administration, purchasing, real estate, insurance, and/or data processing.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications:
• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
• Willing to relocate to the job location.
