What You Will Do

• Act as part of the CEO-X Team (Special Forces Unit), driving high-impact projects across brand, product, and growth.

• Take ownership of brand campaigns, influencer marketing, community building, e-commerce, offline activations, and expansion projects…

• Analyze problems, design solutions, and execute until results are visible.

• Work directly with the CEO on commercial strategy, partnerships, and breakout initiatives.

• Operate across functions — not as a support role, but as an entrepreneur inside the company.

• Typically 2–4 years of experience in consulting, internet, consumer brands, or startups.

• Exceptional fresh graduates with proven leadership (student organizations, entrepreneurial projects, or international exposure) are also welcome.
