Get to know the role:

As our Central Administration Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the entire administrative staff to ensure the efficient delivery of administrative support to users at Wall Street English Indonesia.

Job Highlights:

  • In coordination with the respective Departments to provide administrative support in Sales, Head Office, and Center (in a consultative manner)
  • Developing, maintaining, and enforcing procurement and purchasing
  • Preparing plans for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies for Head Office and Centers
  • Doing some reports that are needed by the Finance at the end of the month

The Day-to-Day Activities:

  • Processing procurement and purchasing
  • Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records
  • Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc
  • Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts
  • Maintaining the administrative process to adhere to and comply with SOPs 
  • Processing and monitoring Member System Administration (Core Course), and Xodo
  • Doing regular inventory for Merchandise (liaise with CAD Staff)

The Must Haves:

  • Proven experience as an Administration Supervisor/Lead for more than three years
  • Has completed a Bachelor’s degree
  • Computer illiterate, especially Word and Excel
  • Excellent administration skills and time management
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle administration of scheduling and organizing
  • Good teamwork and communication skills
  • Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines
