We’re Hiring: Center Operations Officer

Are you the operational mastermind who ensures everything runs flawlessly behind the scenes? Gentem Indonesia is seeking a Center Operations Officer who can transform day-to-day challenges into seamless experiences while advancing our educational mission.

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll be the operational backbone ensuring our centers deliver exceptional experiences while functioning efficiently. From managing member journeys to organizing standout events, you’ll create the foundation that allows transformative education to happen. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain Excellence: Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance with quality standards across facilities, teaching, and service delivery

• Create Community: Plan and execute engaging center events that strengthen our community while generating new business opportunities

• Optimize Operations: Manage staff scheduling, facility maintenance, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency

• Drive Continuous Improvement: Develop, update, and implement SOPs that enhance clarity and consistency across all operations

• Proven ability to enhance customer experiences with attention to quality and detail

• Experience implementing and monitoring compliance with operational standards

• Creative approach to event planning with a focus on community building and growth

• Strong operational mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities

• Outstanding communication and team coordination skills
