CCEP manages a large Warehouse and Distribution network across Australia and continues to invest significant capital in its supply chain. CCEP manufacture and distribute across Indonesia finished goods and continuously seek to reduce complexity, improve service levels and reduce costs.
The Group Procurement team is responsible for leveraging CCEP’s buying power in goods and services, unlocking value from the supplier base and managing procurement. Collaborating across business functions, they lead the development and maintenance of relationships with key suppliers and negotiation of contractual arrangements. Throughout their activities they constant seek to identify opportunities across business units by facilitating innovation in supply and increasing procurement capability across CCEP. 

About the Role 
An excellent career opportunity for a procurement category manager with experience in sourcing resin or primary packaging such as preforms with a expertise and desire to drive value by collaborating cross functionally and unlocking value across the value chain.
This role provides the opportunity to deal with various teams and Business Units across API such PSD Australia and PSD Indonesia.
The role reports into Category Lead for Primary Packaging Procurement and works closely with various business teams such as Sales, Safety Engineering and technology and Supply Chain Leadership Teams.   Your key to success will be the ability to formulate and implement sourcing strategies, partner with stakeholders and negotiate successful outcomes with the supplier base.
Typical things that you will drive and be accountable for are:
•    Resin sourcing such as PET & HDPE and other additives such as colorant
•    Primary Packaging sourcing such as Preforms, AFP, etc.
•    Successfully develop, build strategic partnership, implementing, and drive approved sourcing strategies for the categories
•    Collaborate with Supply Chain team in CCEP API organizations and ensure that requirements are aligned with business group sourcing strategies for the categories
•    Cross functional initiatives in optimization of suppliers, materials and services while meeting company’s business requirements
•    Deliver procurement cost saving for the categories and align on global sourcing opportunities with procurement team across API & CCEP 
•    Manage the partners (suppliers) comply to local government’s regulation and global food safety through certifications
•    Follow market conditions, prepare price trends and formulate future markets trends for the business

About You
You will have a minimum of 3 years within the supply chain and Logistics industry whether that part of the FMCG / CPG industry, Retail, 3PL, Mining, Agriculture etc.  You will have a thorough understanding of the resin supplier landscape and primary packaging suppliers.  You will have good collaboration mindset and influencing skills to tackle things head on ensuring to maximise business outcomes. Commercial acumen is necessary to be successful in optimising CCEP end to end value chain and must enjoy a fast pace working environment that is continually changing.
