Lowongan Kerja Tangerang Regency Posisi Casual Leasing Exhibition Supervisor di PT Aeon Mall Indonesia

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors in Economics, Marketing, Business, Marketing Communication, Public Relations preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in handling successful Mall Casual Leasing Exhibition
• Have a good relationship and extended network with related brand sponsorships, exhibitors, bazaar organizers, vendors, entertainers, and media.
• Having a broad connection to a Media Agency is preferable
• Able to communicate in English, both oral and written
• Willing to work in BSD City
• Willing to commute/mutation/rotation to another Project Mall/other company within 1 group

Job Description:

• To get an exhibitor to fill in an AEON Mall exhibition area that is suitable for AEON Mall’s target audience and also a traffic puller to the mall. To sell the advertising and promotion media of AEON Mall.
• To work closely with Operation Marcomm and the exhibition team of AEON Mall Indonesia in order to achieve the mall’s annual target.
• To give strategic ideas to achieve the target and also responsible for staying up to date on industry trends.
• To monitor and control the details of the leasing process, starting with negotiation, following up on the payment, technical meetings with related departments until the tenant handover is done well, and joining and being involved in the coordination process. Make sure to support client operations.
• To check and monitor the leasing documentation in order to ensure all leasing processes are done following the SOP.
• Maintain good relations and contact with third parties, like event organizers, foundations, or the community, for the possibility of good event collaboration.
• Maintain a pleasant working attitude, to work according to Standard Operation Procedure and also to have good coordination with other departments.
• To monitor tenant operation and give analytical reports regarding the tenant performance, in order to achieve better services for future events.
