ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIE

1. Ensure the Manufacturing Ready Package (MRP) and an approved sample / PP samples are available. 2. Attend Pre-Production Meetings, perform and follow up all audit activities per GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / QA Manual_SOP_Guidelines. 参加产前会议 根据 GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / QA Manual_SOP_Guidelines 的具体要求验 货并跟进所有事宜 •
3. Ensure all audit results entered QAS within 1- 2 days, maintain the QAS data accuracy. For guideline on how to use QAS report system, need review GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / Best Practice and Material/ QAS Guideline 确保所有验货结果能在 1-2 天内输入 QAS, 确保 QAS 数据的准确性。QAS 使用指南请 参见 GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance / Best Practice and Material/ QAS Guideline •
4. Immediately notify GIS PQA and FKR when there are conditions, defects, or problems in the in-process audits that are out of specification, tolerance, or do not meet first quality criteria. 在中期检验时如发现大货质量与要求不符，需立即通知 GIS PQA 和 FKR •
5. Regular review the GAP Source Library and follow. For guideline on how to use GAP Source Library, need to review GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance and QA Knowledge Runway. 定期查看 GAP Source Library 并跟进里面最新的要求。GAP Source Library 用户指南请 参见 GAP Source Library/ Quality Assurance 及 网上学习课程 QA Knowledge Runway •
6. Ensure weekly audit plan with FKR and inform GIS PQA per factory shipment status. 向 FKR 确认每周验货计划，将工厂的生产进度告诉 GIS PQA •
7. Attend Country DA meeting arranged by GIS PQA for training purposed upon request. 参加由各国 GIS PQA 组织的 DA 培训 2 •
8. Follow up on other activities as directed by FKR and GIS PQA. 根据 FKR 和 GIS PQA 的指引跟进其它事宜 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge, skills & abilities 知识和技能:

• Be of strong character and integrity with a desire and aptitude to learn and understand GIS policies and procedures. 有很强的学习 GIS 政策与流程的天分与求知欲
• Must pass all the related courses in QA Knowledge Runway. 必须通过 QA Knowledge Runway 上所有相关的课程
• Be a stable and dependable employee of the factory with a minimum of three months’ experience with the factory. 工作稳定可靠，在任职工厂至少工作 3 个月以上
• Have demonstrated ability as an auditor for the relative product type produced by the factories, with technical knowledge of the factory’s product categories, have good eyesight and pass color blind test and Munsell test (pass means 0-16 points). 具备工厂所生产的相关产品的知识，证明有检验相关产品的能力，具备读色能力，通 过色盲和 Munsell 测试
• Possess good communication skills, able to perform email/QAS system/ excel report or otherwise assistance by a separated co-worker to perform the documentation. 拥有良好的沟通技能，能通过 email/QAS 系统/excel 报告准备报告，由其他同事辅助 完成

Minimum educational and experience 最低的教育背景及工作经验要求

• 3 years’ inspection experience in related product 3 年相关产品的质量管理经验
• Able to read and write English. 能读写英
