Job Description: A CCS operator is responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting connected car services, ensuring that vehicles are equipped with the latest technology and that services are delivers efficiently to customers.
 

Key Responsibilities:
– Monitoring Systems: Continuously monitor connected vehicle systems for performance and issues.
– Customer Support: Provide technical support to customers regarding connected car features and services.
– Data Analysis: Analyze data from connected vehicles to identify trends and improve service delivery.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to connected car services.
– Collaboration: Work with engineering and development teams to enhance connected car features and services.
– Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service requests, incidents, and resolutions.

Requirement
– Bachelor’s degree in system information technology or related major from reputable university
– Fluent in English level both oral and written
– Advance in Korea Language both oral and written
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with our customers in multi region
– Able to work neatly
– Experience in application support / IT support is a plus

Qualification:
– S1 (Bachelor)
– Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role, preferably in the automotive or technology sector.
– Familiarity with connected vehicle technologies and telematics systems is a plus.
