Role 

This role will be responsible Produce high quality products on time effectively by operating production machines. The machine is from ‘capsule making process’ to ‘sorting & packing process’, ‘ethanol refinery process’ and ‘Utilities’. 

Job Description 

• Check Work Order in MES 

• Check & ensure the readiness of materials, machines base on the product production schedule 

• Check & ensure the machine running based on setting parameter 

• Do machine operation and monitoring production process based on standard 

• Carry out Self Quality Inspection   

• Carry out machine cleaning at everyday production finishing time or product change  

• Remove wastes and process rejects from the machine  

• Implement 5S on work area (sort, set in order, shine, cleaning, standardize, sustain) 

Requirement 

• High School (SMK) of Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering   

• Basic knowledge of mechanical & electrical system/tools/quality management/data analysis 

• Familiar with ERP, MES, WMS, LIMS(QC) System, basic safety knowledge  

• Ability to operate various machines   

Working Environment 

• Work in air-conditioned production area   

• ※ Ethanol refinery process operator works in air-conditioned control room and out-side field (50%room, 50%field)  

• Working time is 2shifts or 3shifts or 3shifts/4rounds  

• Works 8 hours a day (Actual start and end times may vary depending on shift operation plan.)  

• Work in a workplace with a variety of scents
