All about the role:

As the Capability Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing the capability development strategy across the country. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strategic mindset, capable of collaborating with all stakeholders and driving the success of learning and development initiatives.

What you’ll do:

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with organizational objectives. Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments in collaboration with country leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities. Program Management: Oversee the design, development, and delivery of high-impact capability development programs tailored to the unique needs of the country Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business leaders, Product lines, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives Learning Technologies: Stay abreast of learning technologies and recommend their integration to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of learning programs. Performance Measurement: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other Regional Capability Development initiatives across

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on regional or global initiatives.
  • Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing and implementing successful capability development programs.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with learning technologies and digital learning content development.
