Description

• Develop and execute strategic roadmaps to strengthen organizational capabilities and align with business goals.
• Identify skill gaps, design targeted learning programs, and cultivate a culture of continuous development.
• Oversee performance and financial health of capability initiatives, ensuring long-term impact and sustainability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to define objectives, ensure alignment, and drive adoption of new capabilities.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver capability-building projects effectively and efficiently.
• Apply process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma to optimize systems and workflows.
• Act as a subject matter expert on relevant tools, processes, and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.

Profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience in learning and development, organizational capability, and strategic business partnering.
• Demonstrated excellence in project management, with a track record of delivering complex initiatives on time and within scope
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal acumen, fostering collaboration across diverse stakeholder groups
• Deep understanding of contemporary learning methodologies, systems architecture, and industry best practices
• Proven ability to operate autonomously while thriving in cross-functional, team-oriented environments
• Broad exposure to key business domains including Operations, Information Technology, and Commercial Strategy
• Advanced proficiency in data analytics platforms and enterprise software tools to support insight-driven decision-making
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical capabilities to navigate ambiguity and solve complex business challenges
