Qualifications:

  • Degree in Management or Engineering
  • Computer skills particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, Etc)
  • Able to communicate in English both written & spoken
  • Min. 3 years related working experience in automotive industries
  • Familiar with workshop process activity in after sales automotive industries
  • Excellent analytical skills to manage start to end about service campaign topic
  • Experience in data entry processing and reporting
  • Good communication and coordination with others party
  • MS Office: intermediate level
  • Outlook : intermediate level
  • EVA, INTAKT, VEGA, VeDoc, & AQUA
  • Basic knowledge of ISO TS 16949, ISO 14001, SMK3 and Eco Industry 

Job Description:

Service Campaign Management

  • Manage a deadline of Recall Campaign & Service Measure period.
  • Monitoring Recall Campaign & Service Measure achievement rate of dealerships.
  • Manage and update new Recall Campaign & Service Measure by providing the control list.
  • Maintain and update the new Recall Campaign and Service Measure with preparing the pop up for DMS.
  • Coaching dealer on handling of Recall Campaign / Service Measures activities.
  • Conduct internal and external meeting related to Recall Campaign / Service Measure strategy.
  • Providing the Recall Campaign and Service Measure overlooked at dealerships.
  • Check validation of incoming claim are related to RC and SM job from dealerships
  • Define and review monthly and annual report for Recall Campaign & Service Measure achievement rate
  • Monitoring and distribution of updating a Recall Campaign & Service Measurement rate to Dealership.
  • Providing monthly Dealer Performance Report on Recall Campaign / Service Measure performance.
  • Coordinate campaign process dealer to support dealer performance.

Prepare and Control the parts for the service campaign

  • Download necessary files from INTAKT
  • Coordinate with parts department for determine the parts needs to be order.
  • Receive and check the order manual from dealer for the needs of the parts for service measure.
  • Monitor the usage and needs the parts for service measure from all dealers with parts department.

Define Report progress and data related Warranty, Goodwill, and Service Contract

  • Collect data from Warranty Claim Processing and Controlling for the claim progress.
  • Generate the report of warranty claim progress every month.
  • Create warranty top ten damage by cost and by unit from each model in commercial vehicles every month.
  • Create the report actual warranty paid comparison with warranty plan including the recovery cost.
  • Collect the data goodwill progress and status from warranty rules and guideline for generating the report.
  • Collect the data service contract progress from warranty claim processing and controlling for generating the report.
  • Generate the Monthly report from Service contract which contains the utilization cost and comparison product among the service contract from each type of the vehicle.
  • Carry out warranty part impact performance report according to defined period.

Validate & Process payment reimbursement process from dealer

  • Check the completeness and correctness of documents from dealer for payment reimbursement related warranty, Service Contract.
  • Validate the document based by stamping the date of receive it.
  • Create the AP Voucher for payment process to Finance

Maintain database (warranty, customer, etc)

  • Input warranty registration date based on BPK from dealers, as activation of warranty period of the customer’s vehicles, including the Service Contract if included.
  • Input the revision of any data, after get the approval from Manager.

Prepare and coordinate WI and Claim process

  • Download necessary files from INTAKT
  • Liaise with technical team regarding the WI
  • Upload vehicle data in to VEGA
  • Check and set-up VEGA rule for claim process

Travel plan for warranty & campaign

  • Propose travel plan request from dealers to get internal approval
  • Decide travel plan claim submitted by dealer for based on internal DCVI approval

Compliance

  • Compliance to Daimler AG Integrity Code
  • Compliance to Daimler AG Policies and Guidelines.
