Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across different platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).
- Continuously monitor ad performance and implement strategies to improve ROI.
- Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns deliver desired results while staying within allocated spend.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, targeting, and placements to identify high-performing combinations.
- Create detailed performance reports (weekly and monthly) for internal stakeholders.
- Analyze campaign data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Identify trends, measure key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, CPA), and report on campaign success.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop high-converting ad assets based on insights.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing digital ads campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
* Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.
* Excellent project management and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
