YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinating Team on campaign and marketing activity whom responsible for the following:

• Serve as the key marketing contact for assigned sales district, ensuring effective implementation of go-to-market strategy, including customer segmentation and the tactical marketing plan
• Implement local promotional activities (e.g., promos, dealer/grower events) in concert with the relevant Marketing Communications and/or Sales Manager
• Provide internal/external sales force, including local channel partners, with operational marketing and technical content support (e.g., through field events, promotional trials, etc.)
• Successfully collaborate with Sales Team, FS, MD, NBA to achieve Sales & KPI target within designated region.
• Identify market opportunities for customer engagement on a face-to-face level and acquire grower/customer feedbacks on field activities
• Provide field level observations to the customer marketing team (e.g., competitor information, new business opportunity, customer profile. Etc.)
• Budget/target monitoring within designated sales region.
• Give recommendation for product demonstrations and other local face-to-face promotional activities.
• Achieve high customer share through targeted event and content support for internal/external sales force
• Managing or Innovating campaign for product establishment in identified segment market/crop

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor’s degree with agricultural background
• At least 3 years field experience (agronomy, marketing, and networking)
• Having agrochemical sales experience is a plus.
• Skill on Microsoft office particularly MS. Excel
• Having digital capability and mindset
• Ability to coordinate activities of cross-functional teams
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
