Perusahaan kami telah merilis lapangan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak/temporer untuk posisi Call Center - English di kantor PT Mindo Small Business Solutions untuk kota/kab Yogyakarta & DI Yogyakarta dan sekitarnya.

Skill yang perusaahan butuhkan adalah Layanan Konsumen – Call Center (Call Center & Layanan Konsumen) serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Perusahaan kami tidak memiliki kualifikasi yang tersendiri terhadap pelamar pekerjaan sehingga kamu dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan ini dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Gaji yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan pekerja. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 3.600.000 - Rp 5.100.000.

If you are a fluent English speaker and have some customer service or handling inbound/outbound calls, you are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities :

  • Initiate & answer phone calls with overseas clients.

  • Responding to emails and live chats originating from overseas clients.

  • Be in charge of assisting clients with their questions on the vacation rental listings product and helping to ensure they get resolution for the listings issues.

  • Handling and resolving clients’ inquiries and complaints.

  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and internal departments.

Requirements

  • Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills, fast and accurate typing, create grammatically correct responses without any spelling errors

  • Fluently English Speaking with no accent

  • Have good problem analysis and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong time management and decision making skills.

  • Comfortable using computers.

  • Fast learner on new software

  • Ability to multi-task properly

  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

  • Preferably have the experience with customer service/call center/banking, telesales/online shopping/insurance/logistic, hospitality and tourism industry (exposure to international clients would be an advantage)

  • Can successfully communicate with the customer to gather information and learn about their needs and expectations

  • Hard worker, patient, highly responsible, punctual, honest, professional, able to work under pressure

  • Can adapt to a fast-paced work environment

  • Optimistic attitude towards work and with their colleagues

  • Willing to work on site

  • Applicants must be willing to work 24 hours shifting system, open to work on graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
    – 4:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    – 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
    – 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
