Skill yang PT kami inginkan ialah Pelayanan & Layanan Pelanggan serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Kami memberikan persyaratan yang perusahaan kami butuhkan adalah minimum Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 10.000.000 - Rp 18.000.000.

About The Company:

The working venue is in Jakarta Barat.
Our client is a Japanese Leasing company. Currently, they are looking for Call Center Asst. Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

Controlling daily call center operations (email responses from related departments, customer satisfaction, logbook) to create a harmonious working climate.
Analyzing customer satisfaction data results by links sent to customers and reporting to Management and presenting reports at monthly meetings.
Carry out follow-up actions related to the results of customer satisfaction feedback to the person in charge of the relevant department and ensure that the person in charge of the department has contacted customers regarding operational complaints.
Follow up with customers to ensure that the person in charge of the relevant department has contacted the customer regarding the complaint/input submitted.
Maintain good cooperation between other departments to achieve the company’s vision & mission by directing call center staff to coordinate and communicate customer requests to the person in charge of the relevant department.
Analyzing employee performance on the Call Center team as reference material for improving future performance.
Other related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Bachelors degree any major.
At least having total 6 years work experience include 2 years as call center leader.
Strong understanding of required end-to-end operations including call center environment and service operations.
Computer literacy is essential, especially in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook. etc.
Excellent writing and verbal communication skills in English is a must.
Able to create and maintain all call center member work schedule.
