About the role

As a Business Development Staff at PT EXEDY Manufacturing Indonesia, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion for the company. This position based in Karawang, West Java, offering the opportunity to be a key contributor to the sales team’s success.

What you’ll be doing

• Proactively research and identify potential new clients and markets for the company’s products and services

• Support and execute effective sales strategies to win new business

• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients to showcase the company’s offerings

• Negotiate and close sales contracts with new clients

• Maintain a pipeline of potential sales opportunities and track progress

• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to support overall business development efforts

• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and performance

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in new business development or sales in the manufacturing industry

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills

• Proficiency in analysing market trends and identifying new business opportunities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with the local Karawang and West Java market is preferred
