Perusahaan kami merilis lowongan pekerjaan dengan sistem kontrak untuk posisi BUSINESS UNIT COMMERCIAL SALES EXECUTIVE (CONTRACT BASE) di tempat usaha PT ISS INDONESIA (Bintaro) untuk kota/kab Jakarta Timur atau sekitarnya.

Skill yang usaha kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan - Korporasi serta orang yang jujur, amanah, disiplin, dan bertanggung jawab.

Adapun untuk persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang PT kami inginkan ialah minimal Sarjana (S1). Yang merupakan ketetapan yang PT kami berikan.

Upah yang perusahaan tawarkan cukup kompetitif menurut dari kemampuan karyawan. Rata-rata upah yang kami berikan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business/finance or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience
  • Must be detail-oriented to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Proficient in English both spoken & written
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skill
  • Excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good problem-solving and teamwork
  • Good presentation and negotiation skill
  • Good time management
  • Be flexible for travelling
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision

Job Descriptions:                          

  • Do customer financial creditability assessment before signing supporting documents
  • Participate and in charge of all commercial & financial aspects of the bid and the proposal in a timely and complied manner
  • Perform pre-sales administrative tasks such as Bank Guarantee opening
  • Present the commercial aspects in an internal meeting with Management for bid approval.
  • Negotiate with customers with regarded to the commercial terms and conditions in the contract within company guidelines to close deal
  • Prepare the commercial documents for product homologation and beauty contests, if needed.
  • Support the Partner Manager to manage, assess and promote the performance of Partners
  • Analyzed sales representative achievement and monitor with the company target Requirements
  • Co-operate with Stakeholders including but not limited to external Customers, Sales, Proposal, Legal, Tax, Compliance, Accounting, Export Control, Treasury to ensure the sales documents are aligned with Customer Requirements and our own company rules and regulations
  • Support sales representatives to develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
  • Understand customer (commercial) needs and requirements, and provide solutions that address them
  • Support and manage all commercial aspects of marketing efforts from initial concept development through completion, if needed.
