Perusahaan ini tidak memiliki persyaratan minimal pendidikan/sertifikasi yang khusus terhadap pelamar sehingga anda dapat mencoba melamar ke perusahaan kami dengan memberikan CV atau portofolio anda.

Upah yang perusahaan ini tawarkan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari skill karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami tawarkan adalah Rp 1.800.000 - Rp 5.500.000.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support day by day managing of LSPro activity based on regulation.
  • To Support Business Development, Sales, and Key account team in managing day to day needs of customers in a timely, complete, and proper manner as per client needs and SGS Procedure

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support for all correspondences including enquiries, receipt of orders, scheduling reporting and audit.
  • Arranging and Coordinating sampling schedule between LSPro and Affiliate, support SNI Specialist
  • Support for administration needed in order support client, coverage in CIINas and other administrative related to SNI and K3L
  • Monitor Job execution and completion as per service promised date.
  • Managing document of LSPro.
  • Identify, act upon and follow-up client reported issues and inform to CSE, sales and BD as appropriate.
  • Log any customer complaints and feedback SGS system act an extension of CSE, Sales and BD when representatives are away from the office.
  • At all times, adopt a safe behavior by exercising due regard for the health and safety of SGS employees and clients, in line with SGS policies and procedures
  • At all times, comply with SGS Code of Conduct, Integrity and Professional Conduct.

PROFILE

  • Must possess at least a bachelor’s degree, in MIPA or Technik or STT Tekstil.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome
  • Fluent in Bahasa and English (Verbal, written & comprehension)
  • Intermediate computer skill
  • Excellent customer service skills

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good managing time
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Must be able to work accurately with great attention to detail
