Department & Role

Allen & Overy is a truly global adviser and we boast an enviable geographic footprint. Our Business Services team is the backbone of office operations and works seamlessly to optimize and systemize the office operational process in this new working world. The Business Services team works with a global community of business services professionals in the Allen & Overy networks to deliver positive impacts to a wide range of stakeholders.

We are looking for a Business Services Intern to join our team in Jakarta.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist in Office related formalities
• Assist in Business Continuity Management including Emergency Response Plan system and Risk Management procedure;
• Assist the end to end Health, Safety & Environment matters;
• Assist in the coordination for COVID-19 Task Force;
• Manage the Future Office System to continuously automate manual process and introduce innovative process or system for Jakarta office.

Role Requirements

• Recent graduates from reputable university in any field of study. Candidates with prior internship experience in the area of Business Services or General Affairs are preferred; 
• Strong creativity and business acumen skills with the ability to deliver pragmatic solutions in time;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suites;
• Proficiency in developing Microsoft Forms, Google Forms, Survey Monkey or other similar processes;
• Excellent team player – ability to work cross culture and build a strong positive rapport with colleagues and clients;
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia in both writing and speaking;
• Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
