Business Sales Support Executive (F&B), Indonesia (12-Month Contract)

This position plays a key role in supporting the Food & Beverage (F&B) business team by managing daily sales process activities including project sample, document handling and SAP system updates. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate data entry and system maintenance as well as preparing monthly reports summarising key sales activities.

In cases of ad hoc commercial event, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of these events. This will involve coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth planning and delivery.

The Position:

• Assist the commercial team with sample coordination using web-based project system and monitor delivery process to customers.

• Manage customer document requests and maintain a log of samples and documents provided.

• Oversee and update project data in the system and generate monthly reports summarizing key activities.

• Coordinate the registration of new products into the system and work closely with relevant stakeholders

• Handle the purchase of promotional items and general office supplies.

• Support the organization and coordination of company-wide events, meetings, and conferences

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience with a degree in Business or related technical field.

• Strong coordination, presentation and communication skills

• Ability to interpret and convey abstract data and insights clearly

• Proficient in both spoken and written English

• High level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite

• Quick to learn and adapt to new IT systems including navigating SAP (CRM & ERP)

• Exposure to Project Management and Process Management will be added advantage.
