Position Overview:
As a Property Sales Agent at Incorp Bali Business Property Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with clients, showcasing our exceptional property listings, and facilitating property transactions. You will play a vital role in helping clients find their dream properties in Bali’s beautiful real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their property needs and preferences.
• Property Promotion: Present our property listings to potential buyers, highlighting their unique features and advantages.
• Sales Process: Guide clients through the property buying process, from initial inquiry to closing the sale.
• Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure property transactions that meet client and company objectives.
• Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and competitors to provide informed advice to clients.
• Documentation: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all transaction-related paperwork.
• Targets and Reporting: Set and achieve sales targets, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience in property sales or a related sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the Bali real estate market.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Effective negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
