Job description & requirements

Responsibility:
1. Liaise with required stakeholder in capturing current process and documentation
2. Create and document current business process with company’s documentation standard
3. Identify process bottleneck and propose improvement accordingly
4. Manage Medisend (B2B platform) Knowledge Management System
5. Supervise KYC and Medisend Support team

Qualifications:
1. Minimum education Bachelor Degree any major
2. Good command in english language is a must
3. Computer literate, able to maximize uses of office application, google docs is a plus
4. Understanding in business process documentation and flow
5. Experienced leading team is a plus
6. Good presentation and communication skill
7. Have understanding in CDOB or CDAKB or related regulation is a plus
