Coordinating, monitoring, and reviewing manufacturing project activities to achieve company goals, while ensuring adherence to company policies and guidelines regarding Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards.

Description

  • Determine project scope, objectives, milestones, and manage its implementation, involving all relevant internal stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
  • Ensure the availability and allocation of resources to reach objectives effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure project milestones are completed on time.
  • Prepare and monitor the budget based on the scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs as necessary.
  • Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan, track progress, make adjustments as needed, and provide periodic updates to stakeholders on strategy, changes, and progress.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with vendors/suppliers and communicate expected deliverables.
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project execution.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as needed.

Profile

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, business, management, or a related field, with 3-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing or a relevant industry, demonstrating both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise in the field.
  • Expertise in creating and monitoring budgets, ensuring financial resources are utilized effectively and projects stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Proficiency in managing projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, setting objectives, and ensuring milestones are met on time.
  • Strong ability to analyze current processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality within the manufacturing environment.
  • Adept at developing comprehensive plans that outline project timelines, resource allocation, and key deliverables, ensuring that all aspects of a project are well-coordinated and executed.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring that all project elements are meticulously managed and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of identifying issues quickly and developing effective solutions to overcome obstacles and keep projects on track.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess data, identify trends, and make informed decisions that enhance project outcomes and overall business performance.
  • Solid technical knowledge related to manufacturing utilities and technology, ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing processes and equipment.
  • Effective teamwork and collaboration skills, able to work seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders to achieve common goals and ensure project success.
  • Fluency in English, both oral and written, and possessing a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred, further highlighting the candidate’s qualifications and readiness for advanced project management roles.
