We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Process Improvement – Data Analytics specialist. This role is pivotal in harnessing the power of data analytics to provide valuable insights, drive informed decision-making, and identify potential improvements across our organization. Key Responsibilities:

1. Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to extract, analyze, and interpret data from various sources.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and risk mitigation.
3. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to enhance business processes and optimize operations.
4. Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
5. Generate data-driven reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
6. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to enhance decision-making processes.
7. Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of implemented improvements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Finance, Data Analytics) from a reputable university with GPA>3.50
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business control, internal audit, or data analytics.
3. Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R).
4. Excellent data visualization and presentation skills.
5. Understanding of risk management and internal control frameworks.
6. Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Continuous learning and adaptation to new data analytics tools and techniques.
