Job Title: Regional Business Operations Executive for Green Rebel
(Burgreens’s Sister Company)

Job Description:
Regional Business Operations Executive will report directly to the Head of Regional Business and support the Regional Sales Division in the following:
- Generate and prepare sales data, and metrics, for Regional/Country Managers to identify new market/channel opportunities, growth rates, product life cycle, npd opportunities;
- Maintain a clean database of existing clients;
- Maintain and track in-market activations across International markets;
- Work closely with Production, Shipping/Logistics, and Compliance to ensure each order moves according to build/production plans;
- Work with Distributors on sales forecast for an accurate-as-possible production plan;
- Act as a point of Customer/Distributor Excellence, maintaining close relationships with Distributors on all matters relating to their products, shipment, labeling, and compliance;
- Build and process distributor’s orders to the country’s specifications, and translate them into a system, for production and shipping processing
- Be the gatekeeper of Order-to-Cash;
- Be the gatekeeper of Sales and Operations (S&OP);
- Work closely with the Marketing team on trade exhibitions;
- Assist Country Managers and the Marketing team on new Market/Product Launches.
Qualification:
- Required language(s): English & Bahasa Indonesia (conversational and Business English is required).
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Min. 2-3 years of relevant experience within the FMCG industry
- Having International/Regional experience is an added bonus
- Strong data, analytics, and knowledge
- Knowledge of Export/Shipping processes
- Good understanding of SAP/ERP systems
- Meticulous in data and process tracking
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel and Google Workspace
- Willing to make business trips (Indonesia & overseas)

SEA SALT IN SMALL AMOUNT
We only use small amount of local sea salt and liquid amino (healthiest version of soy sauce) to spice up our menu. The key to the great taste? Local herbs.
