Kami memberikan syarat yang perusahaan butuhkan ialah minimum Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang PT kami berikan.

Gaji yang kami berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman karyawan. Minimum upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Tapi itu semua dapat berubah menurut dari keputusan HRD.

Position Summary:

This Business Manager (Salesperson) will be responsible for selling CDS productsin order to exceeding revenue targets through acquiring new clients, upselling to existing clients, developing new market segments and developing strategic partnerships to achieve objectives of MIMS CDS Division.

Location of work: Indonesia

  • Delivery & Data Services team
  • Editorial (Content Development) team
  • IT (Software Development) team

Education and Work History:

  • A degree in pharmacy, life sciences, medical or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Prior experience in sales to hospitals
  • Prior experience in value selling and complex sales to Hospital and Primary Care
  • Provider market is preferred.

Competencies:

  • Hunter instinct, go-getter and highly-motivated.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, confident and persuasive.
  • Excellent spoken and written both in English and Bahasa Indonesia with good communication skills to clearly articulate MIMS solutions and services in one-to-one or group client presentations.
  • Strong negotiation skills both externally and internally and able to manage complex situations.
  • Result-oriented, independent, persistent and able to work under pressure and tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities and create winning strategies with hospitals, healthcare providers, and vendor partners.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with senior executive level customers and customer influencers.
  • Engage in discussions with Chief Executive Officer/Chief Medical Officer/Chief Informatics Officer in Hospitals, define requirements, convey value proposition and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Lead client account planning and prepare client quotations.
  • Participate in weekly sales updates with direct line manager and monthly sales KPI updates with regional sales management.
  • Provide marketing intelligence to sales management.
  • Participate and organize strategic promotions, events, conferences and product launches.
  • Able to travel overseas when required.
