Jobs of Scope (include but not limited to):

  • Responsible for developing business strategies and programs
  • Carry out the work of the division independently, promote the execution of work at the central level
  • Maintain strong relationship with network leaders and distributors to comply the company policies, SOP, and Code of Ethics
  • Providing latest market intelligent and business analysis
  • Responsible for organization and planning of events and meetings
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports on tasks progress

Requirements:

  • Have minimum 3 years above experience in direct selling industry (healthcare, cosmetic, supplements, pharmacy or medicines)
  • Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree with maximum of age 38 years old
  • Have minimum 3 years work experience in the same position as a Business Manager, and multi- level marketing experience
  • Deep knowledge in direct selling business
  • Familiar with social media marketing
  • willing to travel around in the assigned area
  • Good in English both oral and written, good in mandarin is preferable.
  • Have a strong leadership skills and good team player
  • Flexibility to work on weekend
  • Willing to be place in Kalimantan
