Job Description:

IT Support Model (ITSM) Services Framework:

Enforce ITSM policies in the run and maintain of BI dashboards in accordance with the overall business continuity management requirements.
Ensure effective and efficient day to day operation with adherence to Request, Incident, Problem and Change Management processes and procedures within the agreed response SLAs.

Data Analytics and Dashboard Visualization:

Perform root cause analysis with regards to data sources, data transformation, BI performance and/or dashboard visualizations to quickly and effectively provide resolutions and fixes.
Conduct an in-depth assessment of both front-end and back-end requirements to address new requests, enhancements and/ or issues of the existing BI dashboards.
Design, develop and/ or modify dashboard visualizations across various BI platforms using solid design thinking skills and technical skills to meet the business requirements.
Conduct system integration testing and user acceptance testings to ensure data accuracy and consistency before deploying to production.
Continuous improvements of existing BI dashboard visualizations and performance by applying best practices and deploying newly optimized solutions available in each BI platform.

Collaboration and Partnerships:

Collaborate with internal IT teams, business units, and stakeholders to work on delivering new requests, enhancements and/ or issues raised to support team.
Collaborate closely with support team lead and relevant PICs where required to synchronize new and escalated issues that requires investigation to the original specification, code or design of existing BI dashboard.

BI Dashboard Documentation:

Update and maintain BI documentations (FAQs, knowledge base, user navigation) when required to reflect latest changes in the business/ dashboard requirements.

Job requirements:

Minimum 5 – 6 years working experience in managing enterprise-wide dashboard analytics and ITSM process. Minimum 2 years of that in a managerial level.
Min. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analytics or similar qualified, preferably with a Masters/MBA and with appropriate professional qualifications.
Certified in Microsoft Power BI, Azure, Tableau, SQL, Talend or equivalent.
Proficiency in ITSM tools is preferred but not mandatory.
Fluency and good command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
