Kemampuan yang kami inginkan ialah Penjualan / Pemasaran & Penjualan Ritel serta orang yang mampu bekerja dengan tekun.
Adapun syarat yang kami butuhkan adalah minimal Sarjana (S1). Menurut dari peraturan yang perusahaan kami berikan.
Upah yang perusahaan kami berikan cukup kompetitif tergantung dari pengalaman pekerja. Minimal upah yang kami berikan adalah UMR/UMP daerah masing-masing. Namun itu semua dapat berubah tergantung dari keputusan HRD.

What You Will Need:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Administration, or similar
– 1-2 year experiences of cold calling and selling products, fresh graduates are also welcome
– Track record of over-achieving quota
– Positive, can-do attitude, extraordinary hustle, disdain for failure, and hunger/appreciation for feedback
– Extraordinary oral and written communication skills
– Deep self-motivation and the ability to self-manage
– Ability to join immediately
What You Will Do:
– Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
– Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets
– Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients
– Making cold and warm phone calls to contacts to follow up or preempt your email communications, manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to call, giving demos & closing
– Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up
– Working directly with the marketing team to discover opportunities from leads, and setting appointments from those leads
– Using strong selling and influencing skills to set up qualified appointments
– Logging, tracking, and maintaining customer contact and contact records
